肠道微生物是人体最庞大、最复杂的微生态系统,在调节人体健康方面发挥着重要作用。肠道微生物可以调控相关信号通路及表观遗传修饰,进而在促进或抑制多种肿瘤的生长、扩散和转移中发挥重要作用。本文以肠道微生物为出发点,综述了粪菌移植和益生菌2种直接调控肠道微生物的方式,以及肠道微生物对表观遗传修饰的影响,为肿瘤防治提供新的策略。 |

Intestinal microbes are the largest and most complex micro-ecological system in the human body and play an important role in regulating human health. Intestinal microbes can regulate related signaling pathways and epigenetic modifications, and accordingly promote or inhibit the growth, expansion and metastasis of various tumor. This article focuses on intestinal microbes, reviews 2 ways of directly regulating intestinal microbes (fecal microbiota transplantation and probiotics), and investigates the influence of intestinal microbes on epigenetic modification, thus providing new strategies for tumor prevention and treatment. |
