| 目的 探讨流行性感冒（流感）患者与健康人群血清中细胞因子水平的差异，分析TNF-α和IL-10与流感病毒载量的关系。方法 通过Luminex平台多因子检测系统对40例健康对照者和36例流感患者血清中的细胞因子进行定量分析。通过实时荧光定量PCR技术对36例流感患者体内流感病毒进行定性及定量分析。结果 36例流感患者血清中，TNF-α和IL-10水平均显著高于健康对照者，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）；且IL-10水平随流感病毒载量的增多而升高。结论 细胞因子TNF-α和IL-10水平在流感病程中显著增高，IL-10水平与流感病毒载量呈正相关关系。 |

| Objective To investigate the differences of plasma cytokine levels between influenza patients and healthy population, and analyze the relationship between the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 and influenza virus load. Methods The Luminex platform multifactor detection system was used to quantitatively analyze the plasma cytokines in 40 healthy controls and 36 influenza patients. The influenza virus were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results Among the 36 influenza patients, the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P＜0.05). IL-10 level increased along with the increase of influenza virus load. Conclusions The levels of TNF-α and IL-10 increased significantly in influenza patients, and IL-10 level is positively related to influenza virus load. |
