| 目的 探讨PDCA循环质量管理在慢性乙型肝炎患者手术治疗后医疗器械消毒中的应用及对管理质量的影响。方法 对本院消毒供应中心人员进行为期1个月的PDCA循环质量管理，比较实施PDCA前后医疗器械合格率以及管理质量的变化。结果 PDCA循环质量管理实施后手卫生、手术器械消毒、灭菌物品、消毒液浓度、除锈及呼吸管路清洗合格率，均显著高于实施前（P均＜0.05）；此外，包装质量、环境管理、器械消毒质量、设备管理、人员知识掌握评分均高于实施前（P均＜0.05）。结论 PDCA循环质量管理有助于提高慢性乙型肝炎患者手术治疗后医疗器械消毒的合格率及临床管理质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the application of PDCA cycle quality management in the disinfection of medical devices after surgical treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients and its impact on management quality. Methods A one-month PDCA cycle quality management was conducted by the staff of the disinfection supply room of the hospital. The changes in the medical device pass rate and management quality before and after PDCA were compared. Results After PDCA cycle quality management was implemented, the qualification rate of hand hygiene, surgical instrument disinfection, sterilized articles, disinfectant concentration, rust removal and respiratory line cleaning were significantly higher than those before implementation (P＜0.05). The quality of packaging, environmental management, instrument disinfection quality, equipment management and personnel knowledge score were higher than those before implementation (P＜0.05). Conclusions PDCA cycle quality management is conductive to increase the qualification rate of the disinfection of medical devices after surgical treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B and improves the quality of clinical management. |
