| 为推进医院无纸化进程，保证电子病历的法律效力、减少院内感染，本文论述了传染病医院电子签名基本概念与相关技术原理，通过部署数字证书管理、数字签名验证、电子签章和时间戳系统，将电子签名服务与医院各个系统进行安全集成，实现可靠的电子签名。建立医院统一的电子认证服务体系和业务应用安全支撑体系，保证电子病历的真实性、合法性，减少各业务环节医护人员易受感染的环节，对加强医疗管理、提高医疗效率具有重要意义。 |

| In order to promote the process of paperless hospital, ensure the legal effect of electronic medical records and reduce hospital infection, this paper discusses the basic concepts and related technical principles of electronic signature in an infectious disease hospital. By deploying digital certificate management, digital signature verification, electronic signature and time stamp system, the electronic signature service will be connected with all departments of the hospital through security integration to achieve reliable electronic signature. Establishing a unified electronic certification service system and business application security support system, ensuring the authenticity and legitimacy of electronic medical records and reducing the infection of medical staff in various business links are of great significance to strengthen medical management and improve medical efficiency. |
