Fungal infection after liver transplantation is clinically common, but acute invasive fungal rhinosinusitis is extremely rare in patients after liver transplantation, and it is also rare in clinical practice of otolaryngology, with a dangerous condition and extremely poor prognosis. In this article, the history, clinical manifestations, imaging features and treatment experience of acute invasive fungal rhinosinusitis after liver transplantation in one case admitted to our hospital are summarized and analyzed, and relevant literature is reviewed.
