| 目的 分析新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性患者数字X线摄影（digital radiography, DR）胸片特点及血清铁蛋白水平，并探索其临床意义。方法 收集整理中国人民解放军总医院第五医学中心于2020年1月20日—2月5日期间收治的新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性患者临床特征，分析患者胸片特点及血清铁蛋白检测结果。 结果 共收集新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性患者44例，患者均多次拍摄DR胸片并进行血清铁蛋白化验。入院时DR胸片阴性率40.91%（18/44），阳性率59.09%（26/44）；血清铁蛋白升高率56.82%（25/44），正常率43.18%（19/44）。DR胸片阳性组血清铁蛋白升高率69.23%，高于DR胸片阴性组的38.89%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.046）。结论 DR胸片可用于观察新型冠状病毒感染患者肺部病变，尤其是重症患者；血清铁蛋白升高提示患者DR胸片异常。 |

| Objective To analyze the characteristics of digital radiography (DR) chest radiograph and the level of serum ferritin in novel coronavirus positive patients by nucleic acid test, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The patients novel coronavirus positive by nucleic acid test were collected from the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 20, 2020 to February 5, 2020. Chest radiograph characteristics and serum ferritin level of patients were analyzed. Results A total of 44 patients with positive results in novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection were included. DR chest radiographs were taken for several times and serum ferritin was tested. At admission, among 44 patients DR chest radiographs were negative in 18(40.91%) and 26 were positive (59.09%); 25 serum ferritin increased by (56.82%) and 19 was normal (43.18%). The elevated rate of serum ferritin in chest radiography positive group was 69.23%. It was higher than that in DR chest radiography negative group (38.89%) with significant difference (P=0.046). Conclusions DR chest radiographs can be used to observe lung lesions in patients with novel coronavirus, especially in severe patients. The elevated serum ferritin indicates abnormal DR chest radiographs. |
