| 为了有效防控和应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在医院门诊部的扩散，我中心在门诊入口设立预检分诊处，对所有进入门诊的患者及其家属测量体温、询问流行病学史，根据发热、疾病症状、流行病学史等情况对患者进行分诊，分类引导至门诊、急诊或发热门诊就诊。在疫情防控工作中，门诊部应积极发挥管理职能，通过有效的预检分诊，把好门诊阻断感染源的第一关口。 |

| To effectively prevent and control the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the hospital clinic department, our center has set up a pre-examination and triage office at the entryway of clinic department, to monitor the body temperature of all patients and inquiry about their epidemiological history before allowing them to enter the clinic department. Based on the fever, disease symptom, and epidemiological history, the patients are treated separately and led to the clinic, emergency clinic and fever clinic accordingly. During the process of the epidemic prevention and control, the clinic department shall play an active role in the administration and curb the spread of the infection source through effective pre-examination and triage. |
