| 本文通过对收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者病区的管理模式进行经验总结，提出以下有效措施：明确病区区域划分的重要意义、组织医务人员理论与技能培训、优化护理排班模式、加强个人防护措施、进行病区全方位消毒以及做好患者的管理宣教等。通过以上措施，可有效预防院内感染，保障医护人员安全，做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防治工作。 |

| To summarize the ward management pattern in the ward where the novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were hospitalized and treated and propose the following effective measures. Declare the significance of area division in the ward; Provide medical personnel with theoretical and skill training; Optimize medical staff shift scheduling; Improve personal protective measure; Disinfect and sterilize the departments and wards thoroughly; Offer proper nursing management to patients. These measures can contribute to prevent hospital-acquired infection, guarantee the safety and security of healthcare personnel, prevent and control the spread of novel coronavirus infection. |
