| 目的 探讨更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效差异。方法 基于中国人民解放军总医院第五医学中心前期研究构建的水痘治疗信息数据库，采用回顾性队列研究方法，比较更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效差异。结果 符合研究入组条件的患者共计123例，其中38例应用更昔洛韦注射液，85例应用阿昔洛韦注射液。2组患者在痊愈时间、发热时间方面的治疗效果，经单因素分析（痊愈时间Z=0.874，P=0.382；发热时间Z=0.857，P=0.391）、log-rank分析（痊愈时间P=0.997；发热时间P=0.613）及Cox比例风险模型结果分析（痊愈时间HR=1.002，95%CI：0.559～1.798；发热时间HR=0.715，95%CI：0.417～1.227）提示差异均无统计学意义。结论 更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效不存在显著统计学差异，有待大样本量的临床研究进一步验证。 |

| Objective To explore the efficacy difference of ganciclovir and acyclovir in the treatment of varicella. Methods Based on the database of varicella treatment information constructed in the previous research of the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital, a retrospective cohort study was performed to compare the difference in efficacy between ganciclovir and acyclovir for treating varicella. Results A total of 123 patients met the criteria of enrollment, of which 38 cases received ganciclovir injection and 85 cases received acyclovir injection. Univariate analysis (healing time Z=0.874, P=0.382; fever time Z=0.857, P=0.391), log-rank analysis (healing time P=0.997; fever time P=0.613) and Cox proportional hazards model (healing time HR=1.002, 95% CI: 0.559-1.798; fever time HR=0.715, 95% CI: 0.417-1.227) results showed no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups in terms of healing time and fever time. Conclusions No statistically significant difference is found in the efficacy between ganciclovir and acyclovir for treating varicella, and further large-sample clinical studies are needed to verify the conclusion. |
