[Abstract]? Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a double-stranded DNA virus, belonging to the subfamily of human herpesvirus γ, which is the first virus found to be associated with human tumors and related to the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. A variety of lymphomas have been found to be associated with EBV infection, including Hodgkin's lymphoma, partial B-cell lymphoma, and NK/T cell lymphoma and so on. This review summarize the relationship between EBV and lymphoma, pathogenesis, and related clinical research progress. |
