The public health emergencies occurred in recent years, such as SARS and MERS epidemics, melamine-contaminated milk power event, vaccine fraud event, and recent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, which seriously threaten the health and life safety of people. With the maturation of internet, cloud computing and internet of things, as well as the widely application of healthcare informatization, the healthcare data are accumulating rapidly. In this study, we take a 10-million-population scale city - Handan as an example, to study how to make efficient use of massive big data resources, recent medical research achievements and modern artificial intelligence technologies, to create an informatics linkage system involving epidemic real-time pre-warning, analysis and judgements, resource scheduling, as well as cooperative decision-making and command, and provide support for the government on improving the precise management level and efficiently preventing and dealing with the public health emergencies in the post-epidemic era. |
