      探索肺挫伤后肺部细菌感染者血清炎症因子与外周血T细胞亚群的变化。方法 选取2015年7月—2018年7月于我中心接受治疗的104例肺挫伤患者为研究对象,根据治疗中是否出现细菌感染性肺炎分为感染组(n=42)和非感染组(n=62)。检测并比较2组患者治疗前后的血清炎症因子和外周血T细胞亚群水平。结果 与非感染组相比,感染组治疗前的血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白和IL-6水平均升高,CD3+、CD4+ T细胞百分比以及CD4+/CD8+ T细胞比值均降低(P均<0.05)。与治疗前相比,1组治疗后的血清降钙素原、C壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??墠ê壌ê壘ê??墠ê壌ê壘ê??壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??à壀ê壌ê壘ê??墠ê壌ê壘ê??墠ê壌

      To explore the changes of serum inflammatory factors and the percentage of peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with lung bacterial infection after pulmonary contusion. Methods One hundred and four patients with lung contusion who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to whether bacterial infectious pneumonia occurred during treatment, they were divided into infection group (n=42) and non-infectious group (n=62). The levels of serum inflammatory factors and peripheral blood T cell percentage subgroups before and after treatment were detected and compared between 2 groups. Results Compared with the non-infected group, the levels of serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein and IL-6 before treatment in the infected group were higher, the percentage of CD3+ T cells, the percentage of CD4+ T cells, and the percentage of CD4+ T cells/CD8+ T. The percentage of cells was low and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with before treatment, the levels of serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein, and IL-6 in 2 groups decreased after treatment, and the differences were both It was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the percentage of CD3+ T cells, the percentage of CD4+ T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ T cells in the infected group increased after treatment. The difference was significant (P<0.05) and was lower than the non-infected group . Conclusions Pulmonary contusion patients with pulmonary bacterial infection have higher levels of inflammatory factors, more intense inflammatory response, significantly lower levels of peripheral blood T cell percentage subgroups, and severely impaired immunity of patients. Clinical diagnosis and treatment should be paid more attention to.
