[摘要]　HBV是肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）最重要的危险因素，而HBV再激活很可能加快HCC的发生发展。了解HBV再激活的影响因素对HCC的治疗和预后有重要意义。本文对HCC不同治疗方案对HBV再激活的影响展开综述。

英文摘要:

[Abstract]　HBV is the most important risk factor for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and its reactivation is bound to accelerate the occurrence and development of HCC, thus understanding the influencing factors of HBV reactivation is of great value in the treatment and prognosis of HCC. This article reviews the effect of HBV reactivation on HCC patients after different regimens.
