[摘要] 磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphoinositide 3-kinase, PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B, PKB,普遍写作Akt)信号通路参与调控多种细胞功能,与多种疾病的发生密切相关。PI3K/Akt信号通路在HIV感染过程中也发挥重要作用,包括调节T细胞、线粒体功能,促进HIV复制,再激活潜伏HIV以及维持病毒储存库。因此,探索PI3K/Akt信号通路在HIV感染中的作用机制具有重要意义,针对PI3K/Akt的靶向治疗可能在抗HIV中发挥关键作用。本文对PI3K/Akt信号通路与HIV感染的相关研究进行综述,旨在为HIV的治疗提供新的思路与靶点。 |

[Abstract] PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of cells function and is closely related to the occurrence of various diseases. Furthermore, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway plays a vital role in HIV infection, including regulating T cellsand mitochondrial function, promoting HIV replication, reactivating latent HIV, and maintaining virus reservoirs. Therefore, it is significant to explore the mechanism of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in HIV infection. PI3K/Akt targeted therapy may play a key role in anti-HIV therapy. This review will integrate the correlative researches about PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in HIV infection aiming to provide new ideas and targets for the treatment of HIV infection. |
