[Abstract] Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) in December 2019, it has become a global pandemic, seriously endangering human life and safety. Positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 is the primary diagnostic criteria for confirming infection, and nucleic acid test is an important means of effective screening, precise prevention and control. Medical institutions are important places to protect people’ s lives and the frontline of epidemic prevention and control, and the construction of relatively fixed nucleic acid sampling stations is an important guarantee for normal diagnosis and treatment. As China’ s COVID-19 prevention and control has shifted from emergency status to normal “post-epidemic” era, large-scale nucleic acid collection is no longer routinely carried out, but similar infectious diseases may still break out. Similar biological sample collection and response mode, such as batch detection of antigens, also have corresponding application space. Based on the practical experience of the Fifth Medical Center of the General Hospital of PLA in the construction of nucleic acid sampling station during the epidemic period of SARS-Cov-2, this paper analyzes the key points and precautions of the construction of nucleic acid sampling station, and puts forward constructive suggestions from the aspects of functional division, equipment, supporting facilities and operation support of nucleic acid sampling station. In order to provide a useful reference for the construction of scientific and reasonable sampling stations in response to similar public health emergencies, the paper compares the construction mode with that of other centralized sampling stations in terms of process and layout. |
