To clarify the nature of the hepatic space-occupying lesions, a 59-year-old male patient with hepatitis B virus related cirrhosis underwent liver contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. About 20s after intravenous injection of sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles, the patient showed apathy, restlessness, decreased blood pressure and increased lactic acid, which was considered to be anaphylactic shock caused by contrast agents. We stop the drug immediately, and give anti-allergy, anti-shock, fluid replacement and volume expansion treatments quickly. After 38 minutes, the symptoms of anaphylactic shock of the patient were significantly relieved, and his vital signs returned to normal. |
